      <image:title>Our Team - Roxana Fargas Orta</image:title>
<image:caption>My name is Roxana Fargas Orta, i am originally from Mexico and I am currently pursuing my degree in International and European Law at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. I decided to join Arbitras because of my keen interest in dispute resolution (ADR). I believe that Arbitras offers a unique platform for students. The organization’s commitment to facilitating access to knowledge and skills in ADR resonated with my personal and professional aspirations. I think that by joining this organization I will be able to learn a lot from my peers and professionals. Moreover, my field of interest is cyber-crime prevention. My goal is to work at the intersection of law and technology, where I can contribute to shaping policies to prevent cyber threats. Outside my studies, I enjoy reading science fiction and crime books. Furthermore, I love cooking for my family and friends because I cherish quality time with them. Finally, I look forward to seeing what the future holds with Arbitras.</image:caption>

<image:caption>My name is Samiya, currently a fourth-year Law student at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. I've chosen to volunteer with Arbitras to enhance my skills in Alternative Dispute Resolution while embracing the opportunity to engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I've always been captivated by the various approaches people take in mediations and negotiations, yet still manage to find common ground for effective communication. The cross-pollination of ideas is something I deeply appreciate, and Arbitras provides an ideal platform to explore this further. Outside of my legal studies, I have a passion for photography, writing, and delving into under-researched topics, connecting them with well-researched subjects to illuminate new perspectives. Additionally, I'm intrigued by the integration of artificial intelligence into legal practices and how it can enhance problem-solving and efficiency.</image:caption>
